Mottech SA team concludes their successful participation in the 2019 Sabi Congress

Mottech SA represented by Bradley Chetty, operations Manager and Jason Kirrane Sales support manager team recently return from the 2019 Sabi Congress.

“It was It is a huge event that is held every 2 years, brings together all Designers and Manufacturers in the Agriculture Industry in South Africa” says Bradley.

In this exhibition, Mottech  SA presented advanced water management, dam filling and desalination and water treatment solutions.

Mottech SA presents impressive portfolio of irrigation control solutions based on Motorola technology combined with Mottes Tensiometers  and recently started marketing GES capsule – advanced desalination and water treatment systems installed in container .

SABI – the South African Irrigation Institute – strives to ensure optimal irrigation in agriculture, landscape and all environmental settings. SABI’s ultimate mission is the saving of water. SABI, a technical-based Institute, has more than 450 members, including designers, engineers, soil scientists, crop experts, entrepreneurs, economists and irrigation farmers and Members from Africa and SADEC region .

Every two years they host a Seminar and Exhibition. Seminars are about the latest findings that can assist on better crop growth and better produce. Manufactures and Distributors are welcome to also showcase the latest Tech and Software on the market place.

These are mainly to target their members, who are the Designers and Agronomist, Crop Scientist and other relative departments, such as Water Board, Government Agriculture Board, and  Big Farm Groups.

The 2019 Congress was held at the Elangeni & Maharani Hotel in Durban.
